Painting colours into Whitehorse

Whether you’ve just retired and are looking for a creatively stimulating activity, or simply just have time on your hands, I cannot recommend the Box Hill Arts Group highly enough.

It’s made up of really interesting people from all walks of life who simply love to paint fabulous pictures. Some enter their creative art into community art competitions where many attract buyers, while others simply have them framed for their own walls at home.

The tuition on offer is first class for beginners and experienced artists alike as it covers all styles and mediums. Moreover, it’s not all done in the classroom because ‘paint outs’ are organised so that members get the chance of painting in the wild with their friends.

There’s no need to be lonely in Whitehorse which offers so much, so take advantage of it.

Established in 1952, the Box Hill Art Group colours our community as it continues to offer wonderful opportunities to pursue the creative arts in our City of Whitehorse.
