For the safety of our staff and your fellow students we ask that you don’t attend class if you are sick.
Refund Policy
- No refunds.
- Transfers: If you cancel anytime before the start date of the original class, you may transfer to a different class date or another class within the same term free of charge.
- No credit notes – Make up classes still apply.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you need to cancel. This service is provided via weteachme.
If classes are cancelled by us you are entitled to a full refund.
Terms & Conditions
Make up classes and transfers for classes that cannot be attended need to be made up within the same term.
Non members are entitled to only purchase ONE single $26 tutored class.
All additional purchases require the participant to become a member of the Box Hill Art Group. This condition excludes Life Drawing sessions and one day workshops which are open to everyone.
Memberships are not transferable to other people. Class payments are not transferable to other members.
